Acquisition of Bald Brewer

Crane Group has recently acquired Bald Brewer, a company founded in 2014.
Bald Brewer produces Water Kefir, a unique, refreshing & healthy drink, a miracle by mother nature.
Bald Brewer’s Water Kefir is available in the Netherlands at specialized Bio-Stores. Expansion to other countries is expected soon.

The symbiosis of lactic acid and yeast creates an acidic environment in which foreign bacteria and pathogens cannot live and multiply
Fermentation
During fermentation, sugar almost completely disappears and various bacteria are created that are extremely good for us.

Water kefir is very high in lactic acid and Kefiran, a unique water-soluble polysaccharide polymer. A major advantage of water kefir is its high content of essential amino acids.
Immune System
The probiotics in water kefir stimulate their action and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. In addition, the beneficial bacteria improve the absorption of nutrients from our food.
Quantity
Probiotics work best with regular consumption. In good health, keeping the intestinal flora and intestinal wall in optimal condition, 1 to 2 glasses per day is sufficient. There is no maximum amount.
